Section 1: Establishment of the National Agricultural Development Fund

1 There is established the National Agricultural Development Fund (in this Act referred to as "the Fund").

2 The Fund shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may —
a sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
b hold and dispose its property whether movable or immovable
