Section 15: Estimates of the Agency.
2015Section 15 of 30•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The Agency shall, not later than 30th September in each financial year, submit to the National Assembly through the Minister, an estimate of income and expenditure of the Agency during the next succeeding year.
