Section 11: Acceptance of gifts.

The Agency may accept gifts, including land, money or other property, on such terms and conditions, if any, as may be specified by the person or organization making the gift provided that the conditions attached by the person or organization making the gift are not inconsistent with the functions of the Agency under this Act.
