Section 15: Exemption from income tax.

1993Section 15 of 32•Federal Republic of Nigeria

All income derived by the Agency from the sources specified in section 13 (2) of this Act shall be exempt from income tax and all contributions to the fund of the Agency shall be tax deductible.
