Section 1: Establishment of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control.

There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (in this Act referred to as "the Agency") which-(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
