Section 28: Notification of designation.

1998Section 28 of 30•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) Designation of-
(a) dependent territories under section 1 of this Act; and
(b) the Central Authority in Nigeria for the purposes of section 3 of this Act,
shall be notified to the Commonwealth Secretary-General in London, United Kingdom.
