Section 88: Appeals against cancellation, etc. of certificate

(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by an order of the Minister under Section 88 of this Act, cancelling or suspending a certificate, or withdrawing an approval under this Act, may, subject to subsection (3) of this Section, appeal to the Court against the order within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2)
The Court may:
(a)
dismiss the appeal and confirm the order;
(b)
allow the appeal and set aside the order;
(c)
vary the order as it thinks fit; and
(d)
where the matter had been enquired into by a Tribunal, allow the appeal and direct that the matter be re-heard by the same Tribunal or by another tribunal appointed under section 86 of this Act.
