Section 251: Rules for lifesaving appliances

2007Section 251 of 445•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Minister may make rules for lifesaving appliances which rules shall include such requirements as appear to the Minister expedient for the implementation the provisions of the Safety Convention relating to the matters mentioned in this part of this Act.
