Section 3: Fund of the Board

(1) The fund of the Board shall consist of-
(a) all fees and other moneys payable to the Board in pursuance of this Act; and
(b) such money as may be payable to the Board whether in the course of the discharge of its functions or otherwise.
(2) There shall be paid out of the fund of the Board-
(a) the remuneration and allowances of the registrar and other employees of the Board;
(b) such reasonable travelling and subsistence allowances of members of the Board as the Board may, with the approval of the Minister, determine; and
(c) any other expenses incurred by the Board in the discharge of its functions under this Act.
