Section 23: Restoration of registration

(1) Where the name of a person has been struck off from the register in pursuance of a direction given under section 22 of this Act, the Disciplinary Committee may. if it thinks fit, at any time direct the restoration of the name of such person to the register.
(2) An application for the restoration of a name to a register under subsection (1) of this section, shall not be made to the Disciplinary Committee before the expiration of such period from the date of the striking off of the name and where he has made such an application. from the date of his last application, as may be specified in the direction.
(3) There shall be payable to the Board by any person on the restoration of his name to a register in pursuance of a direction given under this section the like as would be payable by that person on first becoming registered on that register.
