Section 2: Establishment of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.

(1)
There is established a body to be known as the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (in this Act referred to the Council) to regulate the practice of Medical Laboratory Science.
(2) The Council shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
