Section 94: Enforcement of existing decrees.

A decree made in a matrimonial cause before the commencement of this Act by a court in Nigeria or by an officer of such a court may be enforced-(a) in the manner in which it could be enforced if this Act had not been made; or
(b) subject to rules of court, in the manner in which a like decree made by that court under this Act may be enforced.
