Section 76: General right of appeal.

(1) Subject to section 77 of this Act, an appeal shall lie as of right from a decision of the High Court of a State in the exercise of its jurisdiction under this Act to the Court of Appeal and thence to the Supreme Court.
(2) In this section, "decision" means any decree, order or other determination.
