Section 46: Application of sections 41 to 45 to certain decrees.

The provisions of sections 41 to 45 of this Act shall apply to and in relation to a decree of judicial separation made before the commencement of this Act by a court in Nigeria as well as to such a decree made after the commencement of this Act.
