Section 14: Marriage conciliator to take oath of secrecy.

A marriage conciliator shall, before entering upon the performance of his functions as such a conciliator, make and subscribe, before a person authorised in Nigeria to take affidavits, an oath or affirmation of secrecy in accordance with the form in the Second Schedule to this act.
