MARITIME OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATING BOARD ACT

Section 1: Establishment of the Maritime Operations Co-ordinating Board

There is hereby established a body to be known as the Maritime Operations Coordinating Board (in this Act referred to as "the Board") to perform the functions assigned to it under this Act.
