Section 9: Disposal of fees collected by the Council.

1976Section 9 of 10•Federal Republic of Nigeria

All fees collected by the Council from the students of the Nigerian Law School shall be paid into the Treasury of the Government of the Federation and shall form part of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation.
