Section 83: Interpretation as to prospectus statements.

For the purposes of the provisions of this Act, a statement:(a) included in a prospectus shall be deemed to be untrue if it is misleading in the form and context in which it is included; and
(b) shall be deemed to be included in a prospectus if it is contained in the prospectus or in any report or memorandum appearing on the face of it or by reference incorporated or issued with it.
