Section 42: Money in trust account not available for payment of debt

(1) A capital market operator shall not except as otherwise provided in this part of this Act pay his debts with any money held in a trust account.
(2) Monies held in a trust account shall be liable to be paid or taken in execution of an order of a court or tribunal.
