INVESTMENTS AND SECURITIES ACT
Section 276: Constitution of the Tribunal.
(1) For the purpose of exercising any jurisdiction conferred by this Act, the Tribunal shall be duly constituted if it consists of not less than 3 members of the Tribunal.
(2) The Chairman of the Tribunal may constitute a panel of three (3) from its membership whenever he deems it necessary for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction vested in the Tribunal by this Act or any other Act provided that:
(a) a member presiding as chairman of any panel shall be a legal practitioner; and
(b) for the purpose of this Act, the sitting of any of such panel shall be deemed a sitting of the Tribunal.
