Section 268: Inspection of register and documents.

(1) No person shall be entitled to inspect, or to receive information in relation to registered bonds or securities, except on payment of such fee and in such circumstances and on such terms and conditions as may be approved from time to time by the Commission.
(2) Nothing in this section shall apply to the Auditor-General of the Federation or of a State, the Accountant-General of the Federation or of a State or such other appropriate officer of the Federal or State Government or any public officer acting in his official capacity.
