Section 258: Right of registrar to compel application to issue renewal of promissory notes.

The registrar may in such circumstances as may be prescribed:(a) issue a notice to the holder of any promissory note directing him to apply for a renewal of the promissory note; and
(b) withhold payment of the interest or principal amount due in respect of that promissory note until the application for renewal has been made and determined.
