Section 248: Power to appoint new trustees.

The power to appoint new trustees under this part of this Act shall be vested in the Minister, Commissioner, Chairman or any appropriate officer subject to the approval of the approving authority of that body but no trustee shall be appointed who shall not previously have been approved by resolution passed by a majority of bond holders present at a meeting duly called for such purpose.
