Section 232: Bond certificate.
(1) Every bond holder shall be entitled to receive from the registrar a bond certificate covering the amount of his holding and no bond holder, other than the first bond holder shall be entitled to receive a bond certificate or any other duly authorised evidence of title to such bonds provided by a recognised securities exchange, capital trade point or clearing house unless he has paid the prescribed fee.
(2) The registrar may, with the approval of the approving authority of the body and on payment of the prescribed fee, issue more than one bond certificate in the aggregate covering any holding by one person.
