Section 23: Penalities, fees, etc. to be retained and utilized by the Commission.

The Commission is entitled to charge, retain and utilise for its purposes:(a) penalties imposed for violation of this Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder; and
(b) fees collected for the services rendered by the Commission under this Act, including recovery of costs of administrative proceedings.
