Section 207: Minimum amount in the investor protection fund.
(1) An investor protection fund shall consist of such minimum amount as may by regulation be approved by the Commission, from time to time, to be paid to the credit of the investor protection fund on the establishment of a securities exchange or capital trade point.
(2) The board of trustees shall have the discretion to determine the amount or minimum amounts to be contributed by each dealing member firm to the Fund subject to the approval of the securities exchange or capital trade point.
