Section 183: Liability of trustee or custodian in respect of loss of assets.

The trustee or custodian shall indemnify the manager and investors against any loss or damage suffered in respect of money or other assets in the custody of the trustee or custodian and which loss or damage is caused by a willful or negligent act or omission by the trustee or custodian.
