Section 175: Commission may object to publication or distribution of misleading, objectionable, etc. documents
The Commission may object to the terms of any price list, advertisement, brochure or similar document relating to a scheme published or proposed to be published by a manager or any of its authorised agents, if the Commission considers the terms are calculated to mislead or are, for any other good and sufficient reason, objectionable or undesirable, and the Commission may direct the manager to discontinue or refrain from publishing or distributing any such document, or to amend its terms.
