Section 164: Approval of prospectus and other offer documents on scheme.

(1) Any letter, notice, circular or document prepared by the manager for the purpose of offering units or securities of a scheme to the public, shall be approved by the trustee or custodian as the case may be and submitted to the Commission for approval before such letter, notice, circular or document is published.
(2) There shall be included in the document referred to in subsection (1) of this section, information in relation to such matters (if any) as may be prescribed, from time to time, by the Commission.
