Section 145: Duty of the Commission in relation to certain instruments.

Where a take-over bid is made in relation to any company, the Commission shall cause to be placed on the file of the offeree company:(a) any bid or amendment received by it pursuant to section 138 of this Act; and
(b) any directors' circular received by it pursuant to section 140 of this Act.
