Section 126: Large merger procedure before the Commission.

After receiving notice of a large merger, the Commission shall :(a) refer the notice to the court; and
(b) within 40 working days after all parties to a large merger have fulfilled all the prescribed notification requirements, forward to the Court a statement, whether or not implementation of the merger is:
(i) approved ;
(ii) approved subject to any conditions; or
(iii) prohibited.
