INVESTMENTS AND SECURITIES ACT
Section 1: Establishment of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
(1) There is established a body to be known as the Securities and Exchange Commission (in this Act referred to as "the Commission").
(2) The Commission shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) The Commission shall have power to acquire, hold or dispose of any property, moveable or immovable for the purpose of carrying out any of its fuctions under this Act.
