Section 15: Time for delivering policy documents, etc.

(1) The policy document evidencing the contract of insurance shall be delivered to the insured not later than 60 days after payment of the first premium.
(2) An insurer who contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of N5,000.
