Section 14: When person deemed practitioner in personnel management.

A person shall be deemed as a personnel management practitioner if, in consideration of remuneration received or to be received, and whether by himself or in partnership with any other person he-(a) engages himself in the practice of personnel management or hold himself out to the public as a personnel management practitioner; or
(b) renders professional service or assistance in or about matters of principle or detail relating to personnel management or data; or
(c) renders any other service which may by regulations made by the Council be designated as service constituting practice as personnel management practitioner.
