Section 10: Interpretation.

1986Section 10 of 11•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act unless the context otherwise requires-
"affected Services" means the Immigration and Prisons Services Board established under section 1 of this Act;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for matters relating to internal affairs; and "Ministry" shall be construed accordingly.
