Section 1: Establishment of Immigration and Prisons Services Board.

There is hereby established, under the control of the Ministry, a joint board to be known as the Immigration and Prisons Services Board (in this Act referred to as "the Board") which shall be responsible for the administration of the Immigration Act and the Prisons Act.
