HEALTH RECORDS OFFICERS (REGISTRATION, ETC) ACT
Section 24: Restoration of registration
(1) Where the name of a person has been struck off from the register in pursuance of a direction given under section 23 of this Act, the Disciplinary Committee may, if it thinks fit, at any time direct the restoration of the person's name to the register.
(2) An application for the restoration of a name to a register under this section shall not be made to the Disciplinary Committee before the expiration of such period from the date of the striking off (and where he has duly made such application, from the date of his last application) as may be specified in the direction.
(3) There shall be payable to the Board by any person on the restoration of his name to a register in pursuance of a direction given under this section the like fees as would be payable by that person on first becoming registered in that register.
