Section 6: Exception of transactions approved by the Minister.

1935Section 6 of 19•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Sections 3, 4 and 5 of this Act shall not apply to transactions which shall have been previously approved in writing by the Minister provided that all conditions attached to such approval are observed.
