Section 4: Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Forfeiture of Assets (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act.
(2) Section 1 of the Public Officers (Forfeiture of Assets) Order 1978 and paragraph 8(b) of the Schedule thereto, as amended by section 1 of this Act, shall be deemed to have come into force on 4th July 1977.
