Section 36: Extent of this Act

1995Section 36 of 42•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The obligations and prohibitions imposed by this Act shall, unless otherwise prescribed, apply to all persons subject to this Act notwithstanding that they are not in Nigeria and are not Nigerian citizens.
