Section 24: Preservation of records

An Authorised Dealer shall-(a) maintain at all times a register for the purpose of recording details of all transactions carried out by it under the provisions of this Part of this Act; and
(b) preserve a register maintained under subsection (1) of this section for a period of at least seven years after the last transaction recorded in the register.
