Section 43: Servicing of external debt.
2007Section 43 of 57•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) Servicing of external debts shall be the direct responsibility of the Government that incurred the debt.
(2) The cost of servicing Federal Government guaranteed loans shall be deducted at source from the share of the debtor Government from the Federation Account.
