Section 6: Filling of vacancies.

(1) A vacancy of the seat of a member created by virtue of sections 4 and 5 shall be filled not later than 30 days from the date of the occurrence of the vacancy.
(2) A person appointed under sub-section (1) of this section shall hold office for the remainder of the term for which the vacating member was appointed.
