Section 40: Exemption from tax.
2011Section 40 of 79•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The Council shall be exempted from the payment of income tax on any income accruing from investments made by the Council.
(2) The provisions of any enactment relating to the taxation of companies or trust funds shall not apply to the Council.
