Section 18: Disclosure of personal Interest.

A member of the Board or any Committee who has a personal interest in any contract or arrangement entered into or proposed to be considered by the Board or the Committee shall forthwith disclose his interest to the Board or the Committee in writing and shall excuse himself from the deliberations and the vote relating to the contract or arrangement.
