Section 30: Effective date

2023Section 30 of 31•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The provisions of this Act shall take effect from 1 May, 2023 or such other date that shall be indicated by the National Assembly by law, or by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by assent or order.
