Section 1: Establishment of the Federal University of Sports, Afuze, Edo State.

1 There is established the Federal University of Sports, Afuze Edo State (in this Act referred to as "the University").

2 The University-
a shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
b may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
