Section 1: Establishment of Federal University of Oye- Ekiti

(1) There is established the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (in this Act referred to as "the University").
(2) The University -
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
