Section 1: Establishment of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila- Orangun, Osun State.

(1) There is established the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun, Osun State (in this Act referred to as "the University").
(2) The University-
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of movable or immovable properties.
