Section 30: Pre-action notice.

A person who has a cause of action against the University shall-(a) give the University three months' notice, in writing, of intention to commence an action, disclosing the cause of action and served the processes to the principal office of the University; and
(b) commence the legal action within two years from the date the cause of action arose.
